Course Overview
Learners can join on any visa that permits study. While most will hold a student visa (subclass 500), we also welcome those on working holiday or visitor visas with study rights. Some may return to their home countries, while others plan to settle in Australia or other English-speaking nations.
Though most students are in their twenties, we accept all adults aged 18 and over, including retirees and those with special needs.
Course length is flexible—from 1 to 50 weeks (excluding holidays)—with 5 weeks recommended. Many students may stay longer in General English before progressing to a VET course.
This course is designed to help students develop their English language skills in an engaging and interactive setting. Students will benefit from a comprehensive curriculum which covers the four main language skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening. With this course, students will become more confident in their English language abilities, allowing them to
communicate more effectively and excel in their studies and beyond.
