ESOS Framework
The Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) framework sets the rules for providing
education to international students in Australia.
Overseas students are individuals who are not domestic students and hold a student visa
issued by the Australian government.

Australian Virtus Institute is an ESOS-registered provider and follows all regulations and
obligations outlined in the ESOS framework.
